Nurse Practitioners
Kelly Jarczyk, ARNP
Kelly is a native of Kansas City. She attended nursing school at Pittsburg State University and practiced as labor and delivery nurse at Shawnee Mission then went on to obtain her Masters in Family Health with emphasis in Women’s Health at University of Kansas. She joined Women’s Care in 2009. She is married with two children, and two furry children. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and cheering for her son’s sports teams. Kelly loves being a Nurse Practitioner because she is able to use her knowledge and experience to take care of women in all stages of reproductive life.
Julie Brown, ARNP – Emeritus
Julie grew up in Iowa. She studied nursing at Graceland University in Lamoni, IA. She then obtained her Masters in Nursing/Womens Health at University of Arkansas Little Rock. She has over 20 years experience as women’s health NP. She joined Women’s Care in 2010. She has two adult children. Julie enjoys gardening, home improvement projects, and caring for her furry children. Julie enjoys being a Nurse Practitioner because she is able to use her training and vast experience to provide office gynecologic and prenatal visits.
Meagan Angermeier, NP

Meagan is a Wisconsin native who moved to the Kansas City area after obtaining her nursing degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She spent 14 great years as a labor and delivery nurse, the majority of that time at Advent Shawnee Mission. After serving as a labor and delivery educator for two years she obtained her Masters degree in nursing from Frontier Nursing University. Following graduation Meagan spent three years as a nurse practitioner in rheumatology before joining Women’s Care in 2023. She is married with three small children that keep her very busy outside of work. In Meagan’s free time she enjoys cooking and attending concerts. Meagan is thrilled to be back in women’s health where her true passion lies.
