Michael R. Magee, MD

Michael R. Magee, MD

Dr. Magee is a native of Iowa and studied at University of Northern Iowa for his undergraduate degree and received his medical degree from University of Iowa College of Medicine. He completed his training in obstetrics and gynecology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC. Dr. Magee is a board certified OBGYN. Dr. Magee is married with 3 adult children. He enjoys traveling with his family, cheering for the Iowa Hawkeyes and is an avid bicyclist. He truly enjoys the practice of obstetrics and gynecology and feels it is a privilege to care for women in all stages of life.   

 

 


Sherebanu F. Gaslightwala, MD

Sherebanu F. Gaslightwala, MD

Dr. Gaslightwala is a native of Knoxville ,TN. She obtained her undergraduate education at Vanderbilt University. She then received her medical degree at the University of Tennessee and completed her training on obstetrics and gynecology at UMKC. Dr. Gaslightwala now considers Kansas City home. She is married and has 3 children. She enjoys spending time with her family, travel, trying new things and cheering on the KC sports teams. Her favorite part about being an OBGYN is getting to help women through the important transitions in their lives.

 


Brendan B. Mitchell, MD

Brendan B. Mitchell, MD

Dr. Mitchell is a native of Kansas City and obtained his undergraduate degree in chemistry at Rockhurst University. He then received his medical degree at St. Louis University School of Medicine and completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at St. Johns Medical Center in St. Louis. Dr. Mitchell is a board certified OBGYN. Dr. Mitchell is married with 5 children and 4 of them are following his example and are also in various stages of medical training. He enjoys spending time with his family, working on home improvement projects, and is also an avid bicyclist. He really enjoys the practice of medicine and feels there is nothing better than handing a brand new baby to the parents for the first time.

 

 


Angela L. Piquard, MD

Angela L. Piquard, MD

Dr. Piquard grew up in St. Louis. She obtained a BA in psychology from Creighton University and then a MS in biology from St. Louis University. She then completed her medical degree at St. Louis University School of Medicine. She went on to complete training with residency in obstetrics and gynecology at UMKC. Dr. Piquard is a board certified OBGYN. She is married with one child. Outside of work Dr. Piquard loves spending time with family, is passionate about golf, and enjoys cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals, we don’t hold that against her. Her favorite part of being an OBGYN is the longterm relationships she develops with patients and she cherishes the opportunity to help women achieve healthy pregnancies and deliveries.

 


Maureen M. King, MD

Maureen M. King, MD

Dr. King was born and raised in Kansas City and obtained her undergraduate degree in biology from Creighton University. She obtained her medical degree at University of Kansas Medical School, and then also completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She is married with 2 children. She loves boating and spending time with family and friends at the lake. Dr. King sincerely appreciates the relationships she develops with her patients and treasures bringing new life into the world. That never gets old.

 

 


Julie A. Martin, MD

Julie A. Martin, MD

Dr. Martin was born in California and raised in Nebraska. She graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University with a BA in Biology and Chemistry. She went on to medical school at University of Kansas School of Medicine and also completed her residency training at University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Martin is a board certified OBGYN. She has three sons. Dr. Martin enjoys cheering on her boys’ many sports teams, movies, and traveling. She genuinely enjoys being a OBGYN and caring for women during all aspects of their life, from adolescence through menopause.
