Dr. Gaslightwala is a native of Knoxville ,TN. She obtained her undergraduate education at Vanderbilt University. She then received her medical degree at the University of Tennessee and completed her training on obstetrics and gynecology at UMKC. Dr. Gaslightwala now considers Kansas City home. She is married and has 3 children. She enjoys spending time with her family, travel, trying new things and cheering on the KC sports teams. Her special interests include diagnosing and treating gynecologic conditions using Minimally Invasive Robotic Surgery with the DaVinci System. Her favorite part about being an OBGYN is getting to help women through the important transitions in their lives.
